Not Exactly What I Was Expecting

The items arrived within days of my placing the order, great. However, after reading the application instructions what I discovered did not fit my expectations.
The material was much thinner than I expected so I am doubtful it will fill the bill as I had anticipated. Also from the application instructions I thought the strip would have a gap down its length allowing one side of the strip to be exposed while the other side would have been protected from any dust or accidental contact with the door. However, I managed to apply the protective strip now it remains to be seen how long it will last.
